What you can find here right now are some writings from a fair bit of time ago, a link to some of my music (it is in all in Finnish for now (you get to make up your own narratives here!), although releases of songs in English are upcoming.), 
and an invitation to get in touch if the questions of: 

“How do I keep creating in a crazy world?”, 
“How do I re-connect to the heart of my music/writing/art?” or 
 “How do I even find out what I would love to create?” are stirring up in you right now.

My name is Alma, and I live in Helsinki, Finland as current. Among the things I get to call myself (other than “lovable nutster”) are songwriter, psychologist, lifecoach (certified Wayfinder Lifecoach via Martha Beck Inc.) and dance and movement facilitator. These are the things people have given me official pieces of paper about (I have no official pieces of paper about the lovable nutster part). 

I have been writing and performing my songs since 2009, singing for as long as I can remember, and working one-on-one with people in a therapeutic or coaching facility since 2010. I adore people and I love my solitude. I struggle with small talk and am kept alive by real and honest conversations.  

I am currently in the process of re-imagining my life as I knew it, and I would love to keep you company as you re-imagine yours!
